The Lieder Academy has been created to promote and preserve the 

traditions of the classical lieder recital.  Pianists and singers around the world have an ever-decreasing number of opportunities to study this wonderful art-form and we hope that The Lieder Academy will fufill the needs of all who wish to pursue a career, or just simply love playing, singing and listening to this wonderful music.

Starting in 2011, The Lieder Academy will offer an extensive range of workshops, lectures, recordings, concerts and in the near future will create an annual Conference to promote all things 'lieder'.  We also offer masterclasses to music institutions worldwide, tailor-made to suit  your own needs.

Most importantly, the musicians who appear on our staff list are all enormously experienced as performers and teachers and are all devoted to preserving the traditions of this unique art.
